All online registrations require payment in full through a secure Verisign credit card payment (Visa or MasterCard only). We can refund your payment if the event is full.

If you need to apply for financial aid (PDF) or do not wish to use a credit card for your fee, please mail or fax a completed registration form (PDF) with check or money order.
