Information Collection Practices

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

We collect only the domain names, but not the e-mail addresses of visitors to our Web page; aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit; information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations or payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address).

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes and to process registrations and other business you transact with us. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events. With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check our Web site periodically.

We use a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Service Providers

We use other third parties to provide event registration, periodic email newsletters, occasional surveys, and retail sales on our site. Girl Scouts, Patriots' Trail Council is a chartered council of Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA). If you use our online summer camp registration to register your child for Girl Scouts, her personal information will be shared with GSUSA. GSUSA prohibits the sharing of members’ personal information with any non-Girl Scout organization or individual.

We DO NOT share personal information with third parties. We DO NOT share aggregated demographic information with third parties.
