Camp Staff Application

You can download the two files listed below, or request an application by email campstaff@ptgirlscouts.org or phone 617-350-8335 or 1-800-882-1662.

Fill out the application, and send the reference form to three people who have definite knowledge of your abilities and skills. Be sure to fill in your name, your camp choice, and the position you are interested in at the top of each reference form.

As of March 20, 1998, Massachusetts state law requires that Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) be obtained from each applicant.

Once we have your completed application, including three references and the CORI  and SORI form, it will be forwarded to the director of the camp you are interested in.
